Location Description:

is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St.

Responsibilities:
OverviewThis leadership position will partner with Supply Chain leaders to plan/implement the Distribution network footprint changes and required automation to enable business growth and drive synergies.
The first phase of the changes will allow PCB to integrate the newly acquired pet food business into the DC network.
This individual will have direct accountability for delivering the projects on time and meeting financial goals of capital spend, expense and savings.
Our future network success relies on this role's strategic planning, execution and collaboration with the other supply chain functions.
This role will work in tandem with the Director of Warehouse Operations to understand how to seamlessly integrate into PCB's current processes or implementing improvements.
Working Location:
Office/Remote Hybrid.
This role will be officed out of the Lakeville, MN Corporate officeThis position is in-office with a flexible schedule that may entail working from home a couple of days out of the week.
#LI-hybrid Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesOwnership of the plan and implementation of the Distribution footprint to enable integration of Pet Food into our PCB networkManage program communications with the Executive Steering Committee including CEO, CFO and Supply Chain leadership to update on progress including project status and delivery of financialsPartner with third party consulting service to develop initiatives that deliver a best in class future state Distribution network for PCBDevelop a plan for at least one new DC site to drive high performance in safety, productivity, cost, inventory accuracy, service, damage and complianceCollaborate with Finance, and Director of Warehouse Operations to develop an annual operating budget and forecasts for the new DC sites.
Drive high performance in DCs through process enhancements and implementation of automation.
Collaborate with HR partners to recruit, hire and retain exempt & non-exempt team members for new sitesLead up to three project managers responsible for supporting specific projects within the scope of the Distribution network changesPartner with the Warehouse Operations team to identify existing processes, standards and Improvement opportunitiesPartner with Director of Strategic Initiatives in CI/Engineering to outline capital needsPartner with SC Leadership for creation of inventory transition plan from existing footprint to proposed footprint while maintaining service and other KPIs for customers at cost expectations
Qualifications:
Education:
Four-year degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field is required.
Experience:
10
years of warehouse/logistics experience including direct people managementExperience leading in Warehouse environments preferredProject management experience preferredExperience with optimization and start up projectsExperience with Warehouse management systems preferredDistribution experience with multiple categories and a variety of storage methodsExperience working with 3PL companies Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of the relationships among Supply Chain functions including Transportation, Warehousing, Customer Service, Inventory Planning and Purchasing.
Knowledge of material handling equipment and techniques Understanding of and practical experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma techniques preferred Demonstrates Values, People, Performance, and Thought leadership as defined by Post Consumer Brands' Leadership Expectations Decisive, with the ability to develop credibility across the organization Well-developed interpersonal skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
