Location Description:
Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn.
is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St.

Responsibilities:
This position will support the Travel and Expense manager by performing daily tasks associated with travel and expense.
The position is responsible for the application of the company travel and expense policy.
JOB ACTIVITIES/DUTIES Timely processing and auditing of expense reports using travel and expense software.
Set up and maintain user profiles in travel and expense software.
Perform monthly random audits of expense reports.
Communicate directly with employees to resolve expense report issues.
Assist employees working in travel and expense software.
Assist Travel and Expense Manager with projects or tasks as needed.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and can work independently.
Able to meet monthly deadlines.
Location:
Office/Remote Hybrid PART-TIME hours 20 - 25 with flexibility.
This role will mostly remote with occasional on-site requirements at our Lakeville, MN Corporate office.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of a high school diploma is required.
Some post-secondary Accounting related education is preferred but not necessary.
Experience:
Previous expense report processing and auditing or other Accounting related experience desired but not required.
Skills:
Experience with Concur is a plus, but not necessary.
Intermediate Excel skill level.
Excellent communication skills, accuracy, problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Relationships:
Internal - Work closely with the Travel and Expense Manager, Accounting Department Team Members, and active participants in the travel and expense program from all departments and locations.
External - Work with outside vendors as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
