Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) provides an accelerated career development experience for participating Associates enabling them to become part of the strong bench of Human Resources leaders at Post Consumer Brands.
The program consists of multiple rotations over 36 months, typically at two different locations (field and corporate HQ).
Roles are determined through business need, Associate interest, and committee guidance.
An Executive leader sponsors each HRLDP Associate's development during the program.
At the conclusion of the program, successful Associates will be placed in a Human Resources role in one of our manufacturing or corporate locations.
Applications will be reviewed in September and candidates will receive a status update by October 15th.
Human Resources Business Partner Rotation Provides HR generalist support for employees and leaders in a manufacturing plant or distribution center under the guidance of the local plant HR Manager.
Coaches and supports front line leaders to effectively deliver their people plans aligned with company objectives.
Becomes a trusted HR resource for all site employees by getting to know our team members and ensuring we have a capable workforce that can meet our organizational goals.
Participates in specific projects related to HR to continually improve talent attraction, selection, management, development, and separations.
Talent Acquisition (Recruiter)/Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Rotation Supports a defined department or client group by sourcing passive candidates, scheduling strategy sessions with hiring leaders, completing phone interviews with candidates, scheduling hiring leader interviews, and guiding candidates through the offer process.
Delivers amazing candidate experience and engages with candidates who are not moving forward in the process to create a positive brand image.
Learns our applicant tracking system and other recruiting technology , seeks to gain efficiencies, and helps the team explore new ways of accomplishing work.
Researches and presents new sourcing tactics, studying employment trends, and assisting with employer branding projects.
Partners with the corporate OE team to execute diversity, equity, & inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
Assists with 360 feedback cycle, sponsorship programs and new system implementations and enhancements.
Human Resources Operations Rotation Works on projects in areas including compensation management, business process management, policy documentation, open enrollment, benchmarking, onboarding new employees, and employment law.
HRIS management including working in UltiPro and Kronos with exposure to onboarding, contractor management, system documentation, reporting and auditing.
Labor Relations Rotation Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements and provide advice and counsel to line management.
Develop full understanding of business goals so that people strategies are value adding and targeted to address specific business strategies and needs.
Manage represented personnel transactions, grievance administration, investigations, and other daily operations of the Labor Relations function within specified time limits.
Ensure compliance with policy, State and Federal laws such as NLRB, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other workforce management laws and regulations as they pertain to the represented workforce.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Human Resources or Industrial Labor Relations Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills that have been demonstrated by achieving desired results through others and building effective partnerships through influence and relationship building skills.
Proven ability to balance strategic and tactical skills.
Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
