The Client Delivery Professional (CDP) creates strong consultative client and associate relationships that result in long-term client and associate satisfaction and high retention rates. The CDP is ultimately responsible for service delivery for their assigned account sites, serving as the face of Manpowers service team to the client and the central point of contact for Manpower associates. This role is
responsible for coordinating service delivery amongst client, dedicated team and field offices with a heavy emphasis on executing many of the activities. This role is responsible for responding to issues, questions and concerns from both the client and associate, effectively resolving issues and situations, and
escalating when appropriate.
The CDP clearly understands client expectations, terms and conditions and works to generate sales leads from existing clients, transitioning them to Sales Executives for further pursuit. Responsible for delivering high quality service to the associates when they arrive on their first day. This will include associate onboarding, first day orientation, and safety training as applicable. The position has a strong focus on associate performance management including but not limited to: feedback, coaching, development, corrective action, and termination.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, HR or related field preferred, but not required.
- 3 years of account management or customer relationship experience required.
- 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
This position does not manage staff
Minimal travel as required within the local marketEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
