We are now accepting candidates for the role Expansion Sales Manager for our Twin Cities, MN Real Estate Team.
The Expansion Sales Manager is an individual who has a successful background in leading a team of sales people at a high level.
You might have previous work inside of the Real Estate industry, or outside - you really need 2+ YEAR and a proven track record at leading, training, and managing in person selling. This person is GREAT with people, is a driver, gets energy from people, has a positive attitude, mindset, and outlook on life, and wants to lead a World-Class team of people.
This person understands the importance of urgency. They take action quickly - they love a fast paced environment, love being on the phone, love the variety of speaking with many people throughout the day. The successful candidate will receive daily and weekly training, and is willing to be held accountable to the tasks needed to help them achieve their income goals. You will work with both buyers and seller at the beginning, and hire additional agents to the team as well.

Qualifications to be considered a Candidate:
Show up on time, every day, at our office by 8AM. We know, it sounds simple, most people don't do it, which is why this is a must.
Ready and willing to commit to 3-4 hours of daily lead calling, Monday through Friday.
Be willing to have every word that comes out of your mouth be scripted. We have time-tested, proven scripts for real estate, and when you follow them you will succeed. If you're not willing to be humble enough to follow scripts, then you're not a good fit.
Be willing to work 60+ hours per week for the first 6 months. Let's be real - it's going to take you this much time, at the beginning, to master the real estate sales process. Even with our shortened learning curve. This will get you to a high level of production VERY quickly.

An outgoing personality; personable and comfortable with meeting new people & networking.
Successful track record in sales. It doesn't have to be a long time, and yet we need to see a proven history in sales in some capacity, preferably face to face outbound sales.
A deep desire to be a pioneer and CHANGE the real estate industry - our systems and procedures are going to revolutionize the real estate industry, and so if that doesn't sound exciting to you, don't apply.
PAY: Compensation will be a combination of your own individual sales production as well as bonuses and overrides based on production of the team that you are building and leading. Target pay range for this sales role is $125,000-250,000.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
