Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for collaborating with Business leaders and IT partners to help define business requirements for technological solutions that support complex business processes. This role is also responsible for acting as the technical lead on projects and provides in-depth insights on IT and system capabilities and integration to business processes. The Business Systems Analyst must deliver high quality, timely information to support a wide range of initiatives to make sound business decisions. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Provide application thought leadership and day-to-day analysis services on project work, system enhancements, and end user support Work with Project Managers, Business Managers to define project scope, budget estimate, skill-set requirements and ROI for business initiatives Act as technical lead on projects through all phases of the SDLC Write functional specification documents from requirements and align development resources to projects objectives and goals Create and maintain test scenarios, test scripts and test data for validating system design, configuration, integration and performance Define, document and implement system configuration changes. Responsible for Level 3 support issues Participate in business process/department/functional group meetings within finance, supply chain, distribution/fulfillment, logistics and demand management/procurement area on a regular basis to understand business needs and challenges and facilitate improvements Proactively scan the technology environment for new products and opportunities to enhance or support Post Consumer Brands business processes Assist in creating and reviewing training materials to ensure alignment with business processes and system configuration Required Experiences and Capabilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Sciences or equivalent work experience 4 years of supporting a manufacturing environment with emphasis on Supply Chain 1-3 Years work experience in an IT related function (Developer, Analyst etc) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated ability to partner with business and design technical solutions Ability to engage with users to build strong relationships across multiple layers of the organization. Ability to manage multiple projects, support and consulting requests Demonstrated continuous improvement and customer service mindset to bring about process and technical improvements High initiative with strong desire to learn new concepts, processes and technologies Effective at working amidst ambiguity Demonstrated ability to overcome challenges and achieve desired results Experience mentoring junior team members Preferred Experiences and Capabilities Experience with ERP Sales Order, ERP Inventory Management Experience with JD Edwards ERP Experience with HighJump Software Proficiency with SQL, Oracle etc. Ability to read and understand code CPG Experience Comfortable in a packaged application environment BUSIN05815

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
